For more than 15 years, Stefan Van Cleef has worked across the full trajectory: from early concepts and prototyping to engineering, production, validation and launch. Along the way, several of these products received international design awards.

Alongside the design work, he has built multiple start-ups and held CPO and CEO roles. That experience shaped a strong understanding of how design, engineering and business realities need to align to create products that are not only desirable, but commercially viable.

Rather than consulting from a distance, we work alongside founders and teams. Hands-on in the process, while keeping an overview of the whole. The goal is always the same: turning ambitious ideas into well-designed, manufacturable products with real relevance in the market.
